Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag; if you are not, you can return your item in its original condition within 28 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or embossed products are unique to you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Satchel

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective shipping box, ensuring all original tags and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier. Once our workshop inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
